Is that when you need to actually do some work you can park sideways and have AMPLE room to work.

Doing distributor cap, plug wires, full length headers, exhaust and the rear main seal over the next few weekends.

Best part of having a 3 car garage without three immovable cars in it.

I’ll go with option number 2. I only had to back and forth 5 times to get it in position.

I have a 2 car door and a 1 car door some if I make a wide turn thru the 2 car door I’m in at like a 45deg angle. after that you just wiggle it in place.

The only car I would ever park in a garage is one that I’m working on. Otherwise, it’s a waste of space. And one of the criteria I use when I shop for a car is that it doesn’t need a garage. Now, if I lived in the Arctic, I might feel differently, but I’d probably just buy a long extension cord and use an engine block heater.

When the truck is all fine and dandy I park it in the 1 car bay. Then I park my Fusion in the 2 car side so I can just go in and out without much care. I just park in the garage because there is room. I’ll park my fusion outside if I’m working on something.

I did the same thing with my Lincoln but that was before the garage was organized.

My message has an implied complaint about how expensive homes are in the San Francisco Bay Area where I live. A 3-car garage would be an extravegance here and I am envious. Where is your garage located, if you don’t mind me asking?

Just outside Edmonton, Alberta. My house was still under the average asking price of homes in the area. Put still crazy expensive.

Wow I have a 2 car garage, and its smaller than the one section where you store your truck.

Someone does not live in a snow belt.

Well, I’m jealous! I want to know how the header install goes, I’ve got a near identical truck and am seriously considering a set

I’m curious too. I’ve never really did this sort of stuff before. That’s why I bought the old truck, to learn as I go. As long as the original manifold bolts don’t fight be too much it should be no big deal.

Um, I think my post says as much... Not in a snow belt and homes here are very expensive. A large garage is an extravegance. Unless you live out in a development somewhere it’s hot and the houses are too large for the lot and the commute is gross. But I digress...

The truth is, I’m an envious troll.
